Today I’m celebrating with two fully-functional, movie-accurate droids I designed and built entirely from the ground up: a screen-accurate, fully-functional R2-D2 and a Mouse Droid.
These were challenging, long-term projects, but incredibly rewarding. Bringing these iconic Star Wars creations to life using engineering, fabrication, and problem-solving skills were some of my favorite builds to date.
